Weekly Jelly Update

Well I am pretty proud of myself because I was able to loose those pesky ounces from last week and then some! It just shows how much exercise changes things up!

Monday - 10/17 - 20 minutes on the Elliptical followed by a 30 minute walk with weights
Tuesday - 10/18 - Nada - Day off
Wednesday - 10/19 - 30 minutes on the Elliptical followed by a 30 minute walk with weights
Thursday - 10/20 - 30 minutes on the Elliptical followed by a 30 minute walk with weights
Friday - 10/21 - Zilch
Saturday - 10/22 -30 minute on Elliptical
Sunday - 10/23 - 40 minute walk with weights

Weekly Weight Loss  - 2.2 lbs
Overall Weight Loss - 6.6 lbs
