Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup

This is one of those, let's throw it together and see what happens dinners that ended up being delectable.

Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
Serves 8-10

2 Cans Fire Roasted Tomatoes – undrained
1 bag prepped butternut squash
2 zucchini diced
2 yellow squash diced
1 bag black beans
3 chicken breasts
1 8oz neufenchel cream cheese
1 box chicken broth
1 cup corn
1 frontera green enchilada sauce pouch
2 Tablespoons Taco seasoning
1 Tablespoon chile powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
1 diced onion
Salt and pepper

Dump it all in the crockpot for 8 hours on low

Remove chicken and shred, add back into crockpot, mix
