• Saturday, August 18th - Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas
• Sunday, August 19th - Country Fried Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Corn
• Monday, August 20th - Chicken Tortilla Soup
• Tuesday, August 21st - Spinach and Cheese Ravioli
• Wednesday, August 22nd - Apricot Glazed Pork Roast with Wild Rice and Roasted Carrots
• Thursday, August 23rd - Soup and Sandwich
