B's Favorite Potato Skins and Semi-Homemade Ranch Dressing

This is B's favorite breakfast, lunch, or dinner, that man loves his potato skins! This is so self explanatory that I feel dumb for posting it but everyone needs a good basic to turn to. This is a rough outline for how I make them and you can make as many as you or your belly can hold.

B's Favorite Potato Skins
Serves as many as you like

Russet Potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Seasoned Salt
Bacon
Shredded Cheese
Serve with Green Onions and Ranch or Sour Cream

  1. Heat the oven to 400. Scrub your potatoes clean and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over each potato and sprinkle with salt and pepper and make sure the potatoes are well seasoned. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until tender.
  2. Slice in half and flake up some of the potato and sprinkle with the seasoned salt. Top with cheese and crumbled bacon.
  3. Broil for a few minutes until the cheese is golden. Take out and slice green onions, top and serve with Ranch or Sour Cream. Enjoy!
