Weekly Forkfuls and Keepin' it Real

So last week, we did not do one item from our list because we decided that it was a tad annoying that things would fly at you when opening the freezer door. I wanted to update our plan for last week so you actually see what we consumed along with our plan for the coming week. Hope you enjoy!



Last Week

  • Friday - 10/14 - Beef Carbonnade Pasta - Lovingly made by my wonderful husband after a really long day and week!
  • Saturday - 10/15 - Roasted Chicken with Vegetables - Leftovers
  • Sunday - 10/16 - Cauliflower Soup - Leftovers
  • Monday - 10/17 - Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Pasta Bake - Leftovers
  • Tuesday - 10/18 - Chili - Leftovers
  • Wednesday - 10/19 - Stuffed Shells with Zucchini Meat Sauce - Leftovers
  • Thursday - 10/20 - Slow-Cooker Onion Chicken with Rice and Broccoli - I had leftover chicken thighs and drumsticks and I thought I should get some use out of them!
 This Week
  • Friday - 10/21 - Shrimp Rolls with Roasted Zucchini
  • Saturday - 10/22 - Individual Pork Pot Pies with Arugula Salad
  • Sunday - 10/23 - Eggplant Parmesan with Angel Hair
  • Monday - 10/24 - Beef Enchiladas
  • Tuesday - 10/25 - Migas - Breakfast for Dinner!
  • Wednesday - 10/26 - Chicken Pot Pie Soup with Biscuits - It is supposed to be very cold! I make it the easy way for weeknight dinners - this is one of B's favorite things.
  • Thursday - 10/27 - French Dip Sandwiches with Potato Wedges
