Slow Cooker Nacho Soup

This is Nacho Soup, one of my favorite things to make and B loves the leftovers for dipping chips. The recipe is great to put in the slow cooker and come home to a steamy, cheesy, and comforting soup!



Nacho Soup
Serves: 6

Ingredients
1 lb Velveeta, cubed
1 lb ground Beef, cooked
1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Corn, drained and rinsed
1 can Green Chiles
1 can Red Enchilada Sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
3 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Chile Powder

Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix in slow cooker and set to low for 4-5 hours or on high for 3 hours. Mix and serve with chips!
