Thanksgiving
I am finally posting the pictures from Thanksgiving! Here are some pictures from the day, it was nice and quiet with Susie and the Coroner (my father-in-law), although we wished more family was able to join us.
Our menu ended up being a little different from my planning post so here it is with links, if applicable. I will also post the recipes in the next couple of days so you can maybe use them for your own celebration next year!

- Deviled Eggs
- Relish Tray with Cheese - Susie brought these - Thank you!
- Pancetta-Sage Turkey with Gravy - I could not find Pancetta cheaply so I substituted with Prosciutto, equally as yummy. For the gravy, I never have enough drippings because of the convection so I saved some of the butter and added it to the powder to tie all the flavors together
- Apple and Mushroom Stuffing
- Mashed Potatoes
- Corn with a little butter, salt, and pepper
- Roasted Asparagus - olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Jalapeno and Cranberry Chutney - I can't wait to put this over some pork tenderloin!
- Hawaiian Rolls - just warmed in the oven
- Pecan Pumpkin Pie - absolutely perfect and not as heavy as my usual cheesecake
