Here is my update on my progress!It finally seems to have picked up the pace a little bit. I hope this trend keeps up!
Monday - 10/3 - 30 minute walk with weights
Tuesday - 10/4 - 1.5 hours doing farm work
Wednesday - 10/5 - Rest
Thursday - 10/6 -30 minute walk with weights
Friday - 10/7 - Rest
Saturday - 10/8 - 45 minute walk
Sunday - 10/9 - 1 hour 20 minute hike at Seven Falls - hard-core!
Weekly Weight Loss - 1.8 lbs
Overall Weight Loss - 3 lbs
