Weekly Forkfuls...
I will start posting our Meal Plans for the week so you get a little peek into what we are devouring on any given day. I do our plannings usually on Thursday or Friday so I make sure I pick everything up for the week ahead at the store, I will try to post these on Fridays. I will also include links to recipes if I was inspired that way. When I assemble our Meal Plan for the week, I try to have meals that will provide lunch for B and I the next day so we do not have to buy food throughout the week. Working Downtown, lunch averages $10 and if you have that everyday, that is $50 a week and $200 a month! Our budget is always at the forefront of my mind and Meal Planning was a great way for us to save more money.

- Friday - 9/9 - Mediterranean Chicken Stew with Cinnamon Rice
- Saturday - 9/10 - Snow's Pea Soup (Recipe to come soon!)
- Sunday - 9/11 - Turkey Stuffing Meatloaves with Mashed Potatoes with Herbs
- Monday - 9/12 - Baked Tortellini with Meat Sauce - Similar to this recipe
- Tuesday - 9/13 - Feijoada Soup (Recipe to come soon!)
- Wednesday - 9/14 - Cider Glazed Chicken with Browned Butter Pecan Rice and Arugula Salad or steamed Broccoli (whatever I feel like that particular day!)
- Thursday - 9/15 - Tuna Melt Sandwiches with Baked Zucchini "Fries"

- I am making the amazing Buttermilk Cake to have some sweetness in our week
